Home    Buyers from across the globe are flocking to Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood

The Edgewater neighborhood, once scarcely noticed by those passing between Downtown Miami and the Design District, has blossomed into Miami’s hottest new residential area. Aptly named Edgewater, this area boasts unobstructed views of Biscayne Bay and Miami Beach and the ocean beyond. The Related Group recognized the area’s development potential with its unique idyllic waterfront setting coupled with its proximity to the Design District, Midtown and the Arts & Entertainment District; and to major thoroughfares with easy access to the Miami International Airport and South Beach.

1The area has evolved dramatically since 2013, when The Related Group unveiled its vision for the Paraiso District, the 10-acre master-planned community on Biscayne Bay that has ignited intense interest in East Edgewater. This newly vibrant community fronting Biscayne Bay offers tropical waterfront living with airy parks and stunning new luxury residences fashioned by the world’s top architects and interior designers. Residents celebrate living in this bay front enclave tucked away just east of Biscayne Boulevard, with close proximity to all of Miami’s burgeoning cultural, entertainment, and dining venues.  Each of the community’s four residential towers feature a different world-renowned interior designer. Interiors of Paraiso Bay are crafted by the famed London-based United Designers, led by Keith Hobbs. Italian superstar architect Piero Lissoni has designed ONE Paraiso and GranParaiso, and world-renowned Karim Rashid has put his inimitable stamp on Paraiso Bayviews. Arquitectonica’s Bernardo Fort-Brescia brings his impressive architectural skills to the entire project; Enea Studios from Zurich completes the star-studded design team with his inspired gardens and parks for the complex.
